 1. What are refurbished products:

Refurbished products are items that have previously been used and have then been restored to their original condition. This process involves the diagnosing / testing of components to determine their viability for reuse and re-marketing. In the event that a component fails (for eg. motherboards), the component will be replaced by a suitable replacement that has passed all necessary diagnostics / tests. Refurbished products might have some minor cosmetic marks on their outer casings. 

2. How long will it take before my order is ready for pick-up or shipped to me?

All orders will be prepared within 24 hours of the order being placed. The only exceptions to these rules would be Saturdays / Sundays / Public holidays as these are not considered as being normal working days. After the order is ready to be picked up or has been packed for shipping you will receive a notification to state that the item is ready to be collected or a tracking number will be provided for items that need to be shipped. The notification will be sent to you via Email or SMS. In the event that you have not received a notification or cannot find the notifications, please feel free to contact us and we will happily assist you. 

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Normal shipping times per province are as follows:

GAUTENG - 1 - 2 WORKING DAYS after notification

NORTH WEST - 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS after notification

LIMPOPO - 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS after notification

KWA-ZULU NATAL - 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS after notification

MPUMALANGA - 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS after notification

FREE STATE - 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS after notification

EASTERN CAPE - 3 - 4 WORKING DAYS after notification

WESTERN CAPE - 3 - 4 WORKING DAYS after notification

NORTHERN CAPE - 3 - 4 WORKING DAYS after notification

Please note that in some cases there could be delays due to couriers experiencing delays for any reason. This could result in an extra working day or 2 being added to the normal delivery time. In the event that you still feel the order is late or you are struggling to communicate with the couriers, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist. 

 

What items are included with my purchase?

All items ordered will include the following:

Computers: Power cable for the computer. 

Computer sets - Power cable for both the monitor and computer, Keyboard, Mouse, Display cable required to connect the computer to the monitor.

Laptops: The specified Laptop that was ordered and the charger for the laptop. 

Monitors: Power cable for the monitor, Display for one of the ports on the monitor.

Servers: Power cables for the server - normally Double power cable for redundant power supplies. No Operating system is installed unless communicated and quoted as such. 

Switches: Power cable for the switch
